The large commercial space at 900 Fulton Street that has sat empty since Washington Mutual pulled up roots has finally landed a new tenant. From a trusted tipster comes news that Eladia’s Kids, the childcare and preschool provider with three existing locations in Park Slope, has signed on the dotted line.
