The large commercial space at 900 Fulton Street that has sat empty since Washington Mutual pulled up roots has finally landed a new tenant. From a trusted tipster comes news that Eladia’s Kids, the childcare and preschool provider with three existing locations in Park Slope, has signed on the dotted line. Given the time of year, we’re assuming they’ll be shooting to be open by next fall, but that’s unconfirmed. GMAP
