This is a pretty high-end reno, done to strict German Passivhaus standards. The potential for making old houses more efficient is huge. It can be done (and will be done as more builders explore the technology) at lower cost and more for the average person. I am excited to see this develop. This isn’t the best example of the technology, imo.
