I know the person who does this. She is of absolute integrity and honesty. This is an awfully bitchy thing to say. They’re a broker. They have serious committment to sales and are being enterprising. Brownstoner might consider less bitchy tactics in the future.

Hmmmm… perhaps they just put the sign up or they put it up in a low traffic area? You mention 400k in any cool brooklyn nabe and people will call. I highly doubt a neighborhood like dumbo will have a hard time selling out it’s condos over time.
