Closing Bell: Turning an Empty Lot Into a Garden

The people who run a design firm called domestic-construction want to raise funds to transform the empty lot next to their Greenpoint studio into an artsy community garden. The money will go toward purchasing materials that will help the firm do stuff like “regrading the land to form a “lounging” hill with built in living furniture” and “planting trees to create a mini forest-like atmosphere.” More on the project here.
