Lots of interesting new vendors starting this weekend: A couple of new mid-century dealers, some vintage jewelry and a prop-stylist purge among others. For a more complete run-down, read this. If you’re in the market for some free stuff, show up bright and early for the scavenger hunt. As always, it’s a good idea to come on an empty stomach so you’re in good shape to sample the many and varied food vendors. Only six weeks left to this outdoor season, so don’t dilly-dally!
The Brooklyn Flea is held on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 176 Lafayette Avenue in Brooklyn; no bikes or dogs allowed in the market. Closest trains are the C and G to Washington/Clinton. You can also take any of the number of trains that go to Atlantic Station and walk up Lafayette Avenue from there. For more info, check out the Flea Blog.

“There were lots of scantily dressed well endowed women examining things for sale”
And in the current climate, would they have lost 40% of their assets? Mo point going tomorrow, I guess.
I went to the flea once on a hot summer day.
The food was worth the lines and there were lots of scantily dressed well endowed women examining things for sale.
The flea is a worthy addition to Brooklyn. I highly recommend it.
The food lines are terribly long. Can you get more food vendors?
I guess you are reluctant to say anything about a winter location but I am curious?
Sorry we won’t make it this Sunday.
Enjoy!!!
I’m looking forward to checking out the new mid-century dealers.
Yeah! Only 6 more weeks and we won’t have to hear about Flea…
