Closing Bell: Second-to-Last Outdoor Flea of the Year

Only two weekends left. That’s right, after Thanksgiving The Flea will be heading indoors for the winter. December will consist of a simultaneous residency at Tower Records in Manhattan for the Gifted holiday market and the “regular Flea” at 81 Front Street in Dumbo; January will also bring another indoor pop-up market in a yet-unchartered location for The Flea. So if you’re a purist you’ll want to make it out for a final outdoor session this weekend or next. If you’re coming this weekend, be sure to check out the scavenger hunt items first. The Brooklyn Flea is held on Saturdays from 10 to 5 at the Bishop Loughlin Memorial High School in Fort Greene (176 Lafayette Avenue between Clermont and Vanderbilt Avenues; take the C or G trains to Clinton-Washington) and on Sundays from 11-6 in Dumbo underneath the Brooklyn Bridge at the corner of Water and New Dock Street.
