I love it! I’m having a hard time assessing how well the condo boom is doing at actually selling units / gentrifying us in Brooklyn. I hear that the unfinished Oro and Torins are selling and that completed condos like Forte aren’t going to drop prices any further (even with the economy tanking the way that it is).
Maybe Duchovny could shed some light. If he isn’t in rehab….
But really, I need some good information on how condo sales are going these days in Brooklyn (summer and looking into fall) and in particular if it seems like condos in buildings like Forte will drop their prices any further.
