Closing Bell: Facelift for Northern Flatbush Ave

Here’s Park Slope reports that landlord Michael Pintchik is renovating a string of five storefronts on Flatbush Avenue near the corner of Sterling Place. The buildings in question include a dialysis center and the four storefronts that made up the now-shuttered Blockbuster Video. In addition to giving the properties a new look, Pintchik says at least a couple new tenants are coming into the vacant spaces, including a “great restaurant” that “everyone’s familiar with” and a Weight Watchers.
