it’s ghetto mentality that will NEVER change no matter how many signs you put up, in fact a sign like that has the potential to make the situation WORSE. it’s not masculine to pick up crap on the ground. it’s a faux sense of imagined masculinity that plagues ghetto culture (of all races), you always have to add that part before youre accused of being a racist or something..
