Closing Bell: Brooklyn's Afro-Punk Festival Returns

After being cancelled last year because of Hurricane Irene, the eight-year-old Afro-Punk Festival is back at Commodore Barry Park near the Navy Yard this weekend. Alas, no Bad Brains this year (they played in 2010), but the lineup includes Erykah Badu, Cerebral Ballzy, Toro Y Moi, Bad Rabbits, Phony Ppl, The Skins, Skindred, Reggie Watts, The Memorials and Straight Line Stitch. There will also be food trucks, a customized chopper show, an art wall and a craft clothing market.
