I so agree, Dirty, but very few bars do this. And should one ask, one gets the look. I hate ‘the look’.
word up to Gin infinitejester
but instead of sour mix, use fresh lemon juice and simple syrup!!
Gin or vodka (WAY better with gin), sour, topped with seltzer.
*hanging my head in shame* I have no clue what a Tom Collins is 🙁 To bartender school I go!
Snappy I’ll have a Tom Collins please.
(hands over a dollar tip)
Hmmmm…this law thing doesn’t seem to be working for me. Snappy the bartender? Perhaps.
Yeah Rob, bartending school is pointless. It does nothing to boost your resume. The best way to get hired at a good bar is to start as a bar back and work your way up ( as most bars typically have high turnover)
rob- the thread killah!!!
i’ve always been under the assumption that bars almost never hire someone that went to bartending school. im not sure why that is tho?
