JDS Development and Chetrit Group bought 340 Flatbush Avenue Extension for $43,500,000 and plan to build apartments there, according to sources quoted by The Daily News. The site is across the street from the huge City Point development.
The site currently houses a few low-slung office buildings, the tallest of which is five stories, according to PropertyShark. It has a FAR of 12, or 173,784 buildable square feet. It could be set up as a wide, 12-story building or a tall tower with setbacks, according to the story.

The photo above is for 340 Flatbush Ave, near Grand Army Plaza, not City Point. I think the site in question is actually the site adjacent to the Juniors building.
