Bath, Kitchen and Lighting Retailer Opens Huge Showroom in Brooklyn Bridge Park
Owned by a Swiss distributor, Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery opened its first Brooklyn store at One Brooklyn Bridge Park in October.

Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery last month opened a more than 13,000-square-foot showroom in One Brooklyn Bridge Park at 360 Furman Street in Brooklyn Heights.
It’s their first space in Brooklyn and is envisioned as “destination showroom,” according to the press release from CPEX, which leased the space. Ferguson, a wholesale distributor based in Switzerland, has more than 270 stores in the U.S.
Brownstoner popped by to take a look at the shop after it opened and found full kitchen and bathroom installations as well as a plethora of lighting and plumbing fixtures on display. Brands include American Standard, Kohler, Moen and Grohe.
The showroom will have a grand opening party on November 16 and is one of several retail spaces stretched along the base of the building and facing the park. A handful have for-rent signs in the window.
Vendome Macaron Cafe, which opened in 2013, closed in October. Closer to Furman Street, Waterfront Wines & Spirits has been in business since 2011.
