This hulking, rectangular apartment building at the end of Nassau Street, next to the Manhattan Bridge, will wrap up construction this summer, workers at the site told us. The Karl Fischer-designed rental at 174 Nassau Street will have 10 stories and 103 units, according to new building permits.

The 79,000-square-foot development also includes 32 off-street parking spaces, 83 bike storage spots, laundry, rec rooms and a roof deck. The structure has risen seven stories so far, and the rendering shows three glassy stories will be set back on top. The design seems uninspired, but it’s better than its neighbor at 189 Bridge Street. Pink Stone Capital is the developer.
