'Atlantic Gardens' Buildings Sell for $10M

Last week the sale of 525-541 Atlantic Avenue for $10 million was recorded in public records, marking the trade of properties between 3rd and 4th avenues that a development team had dubbed “Atlantic Gardens.” The buildings’ ground floor retails spaces (a few of which have been filled in the past few years by a salon, a cafe and a chocolate store) share a common backyard. The properties were purchased for $8.3 million in 2006.
