Well recently I saw that, this is the middle of march 2009, the gate was up, and there looked like there was nothing done. Just sheet rock, no shelves, fridges, counters, nothing. Looks like it’s going to be a long long time before there’s anyone in there. Another blown call by the board of Concord Village. First it was the steps in front of 225, people put up building in the time it took for this board to put up a steps and a porch… Wonder if there were a bunch of cost over runs, like the roofs!
