Comment of the Day
Why is there always fear and loathing over super-tall buildings? Is there a better site for a skyscraper than the 85 Jay St. site? Housing is in such demand right now. Build 100 stories with 40 percent of the units pegged to low- and moderate-income buyers. We need housing and four six-story buildings won’t cut it. YES IN MY BACKYARD.
