Overall, I think this development looks nice, and with the plantings in place will look even nicer. The only thing I don’t like are the finishes. The limestone just looks like concrete, and the metal looks like that cheap brown anodized aluminum crap from the 80s. The east facade along Furman Street looks awesome! This hotel will be great for the area, and all of it will pay for the park. Not a bad deal, as the park is already showing signs of age in some places, and is still growing.
