Comment of the Day
This building has a very interesting history (as detailed in the linked B’Stoner articles) and is even more beautiful and impressive in person. Back in 2012 when I was looking for apartments, I very much wanted to buy in this building, but sadly nothing was available at the time. The main drawback to these units is that there was no remaining original detail to work with at the time of the condo conversion. They offer a very sensible layout, however.
