Comment of the Day
A bank giving a house away? Ha! The house is listed at just over 2100 square feet, which isn’t all that big. At a total cost without renovations of around $1.2 million, that works out to about $560/square foot. The buyer is going to have to put at least another $250,000-$300,000 or so into the house, making the total cost around $675 or more per square foot for a location that’s not one of the best in Bed Stuy. Not a great deal.
