Comment of the Day
We rented a house [and] lived there for a little over 5 years. Kept the place like we owned it. The owner decided to up the rent by 200 per month. We told her we couldn’t afford that, so we moved. It’s been almost 14 months and she’s on her 2nd tenant already. My point, don’t be so quick to go for the higher dollar.
