"9 Townhouses" of Boerum Hill Wraps

Developer Abby Hamlin’s “9 Townhouses” project in Boerum Hill is just about done, according to the listing agents. Construction is complete, eight of the houses have closed, and 309 State Street will close in two weeks, Corcoran agent James Cornell told us.

The modern-style row houses launched sales in February 2013. The exteriors feature copper detailing and one of the townhouses was on the Dwell house tour. Jonathan Marvel is the architect.
