The lease is supposed to last for six more months but the tenants would like to terminate before it has expired. They are offering to pay two months rent in exchange for an early departure. Should the landlord try to get them to pay out the lease or accept the offer and get the unit listed as quickly as possible?
Please chime in with your advice.
