After numerous roof repairs and replacements over the last nine years, homeowners are hoping to find a solution to their endless leaks.

After numerous roof repairs and replacements over the last nine years, homeowners are hoping to find a solution to their endless leaks. Several contractors have suggested the culprit might be a neighboring roof deck that is mounted to the shared wall. The neighbor disagrees. Could the roof deck be contributing to all of the leaks?
