The owner of a three-family home is trying to make sense of the sprinkler inspection requirements and looking for some guidance. Should they take the Residential Sprinkler System Fitness test so that they can self-certify or should they pay a professional to take care of the testing? What else should they know about the regulations governing residential sprinkler systems?
Please chime in with your advice.
