A roof is showing some age after ten years and a homeowner is trying to decide whether to go ahead with repairs or pay for a new roof.
A roof is showing some age after ten years and a homeowner is trying to decide whether to go ahead with repairs or pay for a new roof. Their roofer said that patching it will fix some of the leaks but recommends a new roof as the better solution. What else should they consider?
