After days of rain a homeowner is faced with water seeping into the basement and is wondering how to fix the problem.

After days of rain a homeowner is faced with water seeping into the basement. They suspect that the culprit is the neighbors downspout, which may be directing water directly into the soil. While they will discuss the issue with the neighbor what else can they do to prevent water from getting inside?
