From the Forum: How Much Should a Homeowner Budget for a Radiator Spruce Up?

All of the radiators have been disconnected in preparation for a major renovation and a homeowner wants to get them cleaned and painted before re-installation. With around 15 radiators to freshen up how much should they carve out of their budget?
