From the Forum: To Retain or Replace Original Front Doors

Their entry doors are over 80 years old and are in need of some restoration and repair to resolve some draft issues. Homeowners are debating whether restoration would cost more than just buying new doors. Before removing an original element of their house how could they try to resolve the draft issues? What refinishing options are there?
