A tenant is moving out in May, and the landlord is wondering how to hunt for a new tenant in the midst of the coronavirus crisis. While the current tenant is willing to show the unit before they move out, that may not be advisable for now. The apartment will need to be painted between tenants. Should photographs and a listing wait until the home is cleaned and refreshed?
