From the Forum: Should They Let the Neighbors Take Down a Fence?

Neighbors are planning on installing a new cedar fence and have asked if they could remove the homeowner’s chain link fence. The homeowners want to be neighborly but are concerned about maintaining the property lines. What would you do?
