Condo Being Used As Illegal Hostel

This scenario won’t be unfamiliar to anyone who remembers the case of a certain house on Lefferts Place: A reader in the Forum has written in to say that the owner of a foreclosed unit in his condo building has been renting it out illegally as a hostel.
