The plans were approved and construction has been completed but the homeowner has realized that an element of their alt-1 project is not up to code. They are getting ready for a final inspection and aren’t sure what might happen if the error is discovered. Should they schedule the inspection and just have the approved plans ready should the inspector notice the issue?
Please chime in with your advice.
