On Wednesday the four condo listings in the new Park Slope development on 5th Avenue and St. John’s Place were pulled off the market and then re-listed as rentals. Three of the apartments are going for $4,000—they’re all two-bedrooms—while the sole one-bedroom in the building is asking $3,400 a month. The two-bedroom units, which are 813 square feet, had been listed for $799,000. We took a tour of the building in mid-November.
