How cool is this? The current issue of New York Magazine features a former garage in Williamsburg that was converted by a former kids-show actor into a sleek, modern bachelor pad complete with interior courtyard, accordion-like glass walls and a 60’s-ish wood-burning stove. The design was by Dumbo-based Mesh Architectures. Very cool. Check out more exterior and interior pics on the link below.

  1. > Still, he’d be happy to find a “Mrs. Steve,”

Poppycock. It is widely known that he’s a poofter.

    Love the pad though.

  2. The blue facade is great, but color me suprised he chose blue. After watching a hundred of his shows even I was sick to death of blue.

  3. Wow, this is cool and I don’t even like modern. Makes me want to walk around in a Sixties stewardess outfit with a fondue pot!

  4. Oh, wow, the courtyard and the general living area look amazing. Can’t wait to get my hands on my copy of NY Mag. totally don’t recognize Steve from his days on Blue’s Clues though–looks like an entirely different person.
