Re: Boy Stabbed in Midwood Park Dies [NY Times]
The title should read “Robber stabbed in Midwood Park Dies”. The kid who attempted to rob someone and then getting knifed was an idiot. I have zero sympathy for him but I do admiration for the target victim for standing up for himself. Another fool in contention for the Darwin Awards bites the dust. Good riddance.
File the Carniceria story under – nothing makes people happy.
A local business tries to recycle a sign that has context and history with the location and the same locals who complain about out-of-context-mallification then call the adaptive reuse a “rape”.
Because of POM,
The prices of pomegranates have increased exponentially! 5 bucks for 2? Shame on you POM!
The bubble WILL burst. Count on it. I’ve been telling you this for five years, so I know.
