Christopher Havens – TerraCRG

Christopher Havens joined TerraCRG as Managing Director of Office Leasing, with the responsibility of expanding the firm’s office leasing efforts throughout Brooklyn. Chris has over two decades of commercial real estate experience, focusing specifically on the Brooklyn office market.

Prior to TerraCRG, Chris worked at aptsandlofts.com, which was acquired by Citi Habitats in 2015. Earlier, he founded the Creative Real Estate Group in 2007 to market and lease creative work space in emerging Brooklyn markets.

Chris is a Trustee of the Brooklyn Children’s Museum, a founding member of the Brooklyn Historical Society’s Real Estate Roundtable, a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, a member of the Advisory Board to The West Indian-American Day Carnival Association, a Board Member of The Franklin Furnace, and a member of Friends Committee of MOCADA in Fort Greene and the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce.

Chris holds a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning from Hunter College and a B.A. from Macalester College. Chris and his family reside in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn.
