Executive Chef

Chef Ed Cotton is the Executive Chef of Sotto 13, bringing vast culinary knowledge to the kitchen. Chef Cotton began cooking professionally in Boston at age 15 working for Todd English and then Barbra Lynch as the Executive Sous Chef of the acclaimed No 9 Park. After several years working in top positions with renowned chefs including Daniel Boulud, Laurent Tourondel & David Burke in New York City, Chef Cotton joined Sotto 13 as Executive Chef in 2014, pulling from his classic French background to offer fresh and clever twists to the Italian-inspired menu.
