There’s no layout, and it’s hard to get the hang of where things lie from the photos, but the spaces look to be decent sized, offering three bedrooms, a dining room and a living room. The galley kitchen is renovated with new appliances, subway tile and quartz counters; there’s a small but nicely renovated bath. There’s also a washer and dryer.

It’s likely not flooded with light, and noise is a potential issue on the commercial strip. If you want to be in the center of things it’s a good spot, though, and the R train’s close at hand.
