We were combing through new listings yesterday when we came across this unfortunate specimen at 422 Prospect Avenue in the South Slope. We sorta (but not really) understand when atrocities like this get built in lower-priced neighborhoods but surely a 25-foot-wide plot in the South Slope (though this is admittedly not the nicest part of the nabe) could have justified something just a little better than this place. It’s a cryin’ shame.

too cheap to buy one, most likely 🙂
no interior photos, right? got to be a reason for that- like cheap Home Desperate kitchens and bathrooms?
exactly why I take offense to his comments. Crown heights has also been attacked like this. I’m tired of these people puffed up with themselves thinking it’s ok to dump on less wealthy neighborhoods.
