This house kept all the great wood and skirted becoming one of my loathed “wood palaces” by loading the place up with all that is light and bright — the colors, the whimsical wallpaper, the furnishings, the fixtures… It doesn’t hurt that the house is semi-detached and gets wonderful light from many windows.
