Set up as a one-family, it’s looking for the big-ticket buyer who can fill nearly 4,400 square feet of living space, not to mention carry a house with a $5,500,000 price tag without rental income.

Listed by Micha Hendel and Robert Donigan of Brown Harris Stevens, the house is new to the market. Think they’re aiming too high at $5.5 million, or will a buyer step up at that price?

The kitchen is on the wrong floor, should be on the parlor floor.
