The place isn’t gigantic at 630 square feet, but the living room and bedroom are reasonably sized. And they appear to get a fair amount of light. (It’s on a high floor, and a sliver of skyline can apparently be seen from the bedroom window.)
There are a pair of closets in the bedroom, as well as a cedar closet in the front hallway.
In the minus column, the maintenance/common charges total a steep $1,065 a month. (It’s typical for the Heights, where taxes are relatively high.)
The building — a nice prewar apartment building on a quiet, pretty block — has a shared roof deck with a view of the harbor, so you’re getting that at least. There’s also a live-in super and a laundry room in the basement.
What’s your take on the place, and the asking price of $610,000?

A quick add on: What is with the broker touting ‘Borough Hall’ as an attraction in the listing?? Odd.

Those mini stoves are the worst. But this is a great block and it is really a quaint place — surprised it is not gone already at this price. Going to guess it gets bid up to 689k.
