We found this rendering on the fence at 588 Myrtle Avenue in Clinton Hill, where the skeleton of a five-story apartment building is rising. When we stopped by in December, the foundation was going in. Now all five stories of the steel frame have gone up. Once it’s finished, theĀ 11,442-square-foot building will have 16 units, according to new building permits. The developer is an LLC, and the architect of record is De-Jan Lu.
