Half the units at Naftali Group’s new luxury rental development in Park Slope have been leased since the listings came on the market a month ago, and tenants are already moving in, The Real Deal reported. The apartments in the Karl Fischer-designed tower are going quickly because of its location on the border of established Park Slope and emerging Gowanus, plus rentals are scarce in the area, according to David Maundrell of Aptsandlofts.com, which is marketing the building.

Rents at the 104-unit, 12-story high-rise at 267 6th Street start at $2,150 a month for studios, $2,500 for one-bedrooms, and $3,800 for a two-bedroom. Also, seven penthouses are going for prices ranging from $3,200 to $5,100 a month. When leasing started August 9, there were already 800 potential renters on the waiting list; 100 showing were scheduled in the first three days. GMAP

  1. I just saw one of the 2 bedrooms in this building. $4200 a month for about 850 square feet. Ridiculously small. Very bad construction quality. A mess. Is this place built by the same people who did 500 4th Ave. where the balconies are a problem, or the Novo where there are lawsuits between residents and the builder?

  2. 2150.00 for a studio.

Whats wrong with people these days that will spend 2150.00 on a studio.

no wonder they charge these ridiculous prices. if no one rented studios they would all lay vacant, thus reducing the rents.
but no, moron people rent them.

  3. I just think it is absolutely absurd for anyone to even consider spending 2150.00 for a tiny studio apartment on 4th ave. What could possible even be the attraction? traffic on 4th, your kidding me right? Ok, I too love CG & PS, but not enough to spend 2150.00 for one room. Don’t think so.

like i said, a lot of morons out there will.

It is so ridiculous that it is almost laugheable.

of course they mostly must be transplants, because any native brooklynite, like myself would never in a billion years spend 2150.00 for a tiny studio on 4th ave.

I am glad some of the other posters did note how small they were.

it is amazing that people will spend so much to live in such small spaces/
