House of the Day: 620 Third Street

The current decor at 620 Third Street in Park Slope doesn’t float our boat, but all the original detail seems to be there. The relatively late Arts & Crafts architecture makes this a fairly modern, open plan house, and it appears to be in move-in condition, both of which will suit a lot of buyers. We’re not loving the location of the second bath in the basement, but with a kitchen revamp and some new paint, this could be a nice pad. For $3,350,000, what do you think of it?
