This classic Boerum Hill townhouse was on the market for merely one day before it entered contract, he told us. (And no, he’s not a real estate agent.) According to Streeteasy, it was listed by Corcoran on Sept. 8 for $2,950,000. On Oct. 5, the listing was updated to say the house is in contract. Incidentally, it was also House of the Day back in 2009, when it was listed for $2,375,000. The sale closed a few months later at $2,150,000.
