Prospect Park Moonlight Ride
Discover Prospect Park at night. This is a safe, peaceful ride that visits many of the little-known treasures the park has to offer. Bring your own bike or roller blades.

Ukranian Egg Decorating
In the Ukranian tradition, you greet spring’s arrival by decorating eggs using the ancient technique and tools of psanky. This event will give you the opportunity to learn the meaning of all classic symbols and designs and you will be encouraged to create new ones of your own.

Egg Hunt at Pierrepont Playground
The annual Brooklyn Heights Spring Egg Hunt has arrived. There will be candy, treats, balloons, and of course, eggs.

Kids Book Swap at Brooklyn Lyceum
Bring your gently used kids books and cookbooks and swap them for other used books. For each book, you will receive one swap ticket which can be redeemed for another book at the swap.

Unscrambling the Egg
At the Audubon Center in Prospect Park, kids can learn how to hold an egg so it’s impossible to break and which animal produces a three-pound egg. Kids can get “egg-ucated” through crafts, games, and exhibits.

  1. Green Graffitti. honestly, doing that is the same thing as tagging empty lots. you can argue against it all you want but it’s true. Yes 99 percent of people might want to see flowers in an empty lot, but it’s still the same thing as vandalism. btw, im pro graffitti. so i guess i have no issues with these seed spreaders.. but people who do that should also keep in mind if they are anti graffitti they are being slightly hypocritical.
