NAG Open Space Group Meeting
This NAG meeting will discuss previous guerilla gardening activities, where they placed wildflower seeds in abandoned lots throughout the community. Also to be discussed is the planning of a a “Where’s My Park?” Day to ask the city where the new waterfront parks that were promised during the 2005 rezonings are.

Drinks on the Doc
Brooklyn Based is launching a new documentary film series called Drinks on the Doc, featuring recession-proof drink specials and indie documentaries. First up, just in time for Easter, is the film Jesus Camp. Marshmallow Peeps will be given out and there will be $3 drafts of Fisherman’s Brew.

Community Board 10 Traffic and Transportation Committee Meeting
The CB 10 meeting will review and discuss the preliminary design drawings for the reconstruction of the 4th Avenue Bridge over the Belt Parkway. There will also be an update on 7th Avenue traffic calming from 81st Street to 92nd Street.

UniverSoul Circus
The only African-American owned and operated circus in the U.S. appears every year in Prospect Park. The circus features performers who fly through the air to the beats of hip-hop, jazz, gospel, and salsa music. Show schedule varies so see website for details. You can buy tickets here.

The 76th Precinct Council will hold its monthly meeting. The meeting is an opportunity to discuss local issues with the officers of the 76th Precinct.

Adult Education Presents “Color Schemes”
Adult Education’s monthly lecture series focuses on color schemes. The line-up will include “Crayon Boxes Through the Ages” from Megan Montague Cash, “Mutant Bastard Yucky Colors of the Apocalypse” from Laurie Rosenwald, “The Making of Brown” from Jennifer L. Knox, and “Decoding Color” from Jude Stewart. The event is hosted by comedian Charles Star.
