Greening the Streets of Williamsburg

A couple weeks ago volunteers planted more than 100 flowers, plants and herbs on North 6th from Bedford to Kent. Some new tree guards, including the handsome one pictured above, were also installed. The work was organized by Make N6 Green, a group trying to get more trees planted on North 6th Street.
